“The Pink Bourbon from Juan Jimenez is a true standout. The balance of florals, melon sweetness, and that subtle grapefruit bitterness is incredible. It’s a coffee that surprises you with every sip, and we love how it evolves as it cools.”- Alexander Ruas

Taste Description: White tea florals. In the cup you will find melon, honey sweetness, citrus acidity, pink grapefruit bitterness, an excellent structure and long complex finish.

    Variety: Pink Bourbon

    Region: Santa Barbara, Palestina, Huila

    Farm: Finca El Porvenir

    Altitude: 1,700 masl

    Process: Washed

    Processing:

This Pink Bourbon is meticulously hand-picked at peak ripeness by a dedicated team. After harvesting, the cherries are held for 48 hours, floated, and depulped. The Producer:

Juan Jimenez Peña, along with his wife Leidy, runs Finca El Porvenir with an unwavering commitment to detail. Their 16-hectare farm in Palestina, Huila, is larger than most in the region, allowing them to expertly manage a team that maintains the highest standards in coffee production. Known for producing outstanding coffee, Señor Jimenez consistently places in the top 10 of the prestigious Copa de Oro competition.

This Pink Bourbon lot showcases the family’s dedication to crafting world-class coffee, from the farm to the cup.
