    What is Standout Coffee's shipping policy?

    We offer free shipping for our coffee subscriptions within the EU and Europe, with a delivery time of 3-5 days. For destinations outside of Europe, delivery time can take 8-12 days.

    We have two different coffee subscriptions, one specialty and one competition focused subscriptions.
    What shipping carrier do you use?

    We use Post Nord and UPS for all our shipments.
    Can I track my order?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
    Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at hello@standoutcoffee.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns on our coffee products due to their perishable nature. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at support@standoutcoffee.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
