Shipping & Delivery for private buyers, home baristas and coffee geeks

We process and ship orders almost every day (excluding holidays). Our coffee is roasted the day before shipping or, at the latest, within 9 days prior to shipment. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@standoutcoffee.com.

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • PostNord Varubrev is used for domestic (Swedish) orders:

    • Orders 0g–1000g: 29,00 kr shipping fee

    • Orders 1000g–3000g: Free shipping

  • Global Postal Network Fully Tracked Express is used for international orders orders.

    • Orders 0g–1000g: 5€ shipping fee

    • Orders 1000g–3000g: Free shipping

  • UPS

    • Prices for UPS calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery time varies based on the carrier and destination. While we aim for an estimated 5-7 day delivery time, we cannot guarantee exact dates.

Customers will receive tracking notifications via email after dispatch.

 

LOCAL PICKUP & CUSTOM SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

  • Customers may select local pickup at our roastery during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included at checkout and may be due upon delivery.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details, as customs clearance may cause delays.
