    Process: Washed – hand-picked, depulped, fermented, and dried on raised beds for 20 days


    Juan and his wife Leidy run one of the most detail-focused farms in the region. Bigger than most, their 16-hectare farm allows them to manage quality tightly across all steps. Juan is a top 10 Copa de Oro producer—year after year.
