Are the beans always whole beans?
Yes, we preserve the full flavor by avoiding grinding, that's up to you to grind out!
Can you gift a subscription?
Yes, just use an alternative shipping address to send beans to your loved ones.

For international shipping: Once PostNord has shipped your coffee out of Sweden they hand it over to the destination country's national post service.

We exclusively send out single-origin, specialty coffee intended for filter brewing, with no blends in our selection.
Product Details
This month, we’re bringing you a Gesha from Edinson Argote, grown at 1850m in Huila, Colombia, and crafted through a meticulous multi-step process that pushes the boundaries of clarity, complexity, and structure.
This process takes time—so take a deep breath.
• Selective Harvesting – Only cherries with 90% ripeness are picked to ensure uniform quality.
• Floating – The cherries are placed in water to remove any green, overripe, or defective beans before processing.
• Oxidation (Pre-Fermentation) – The cherries undergo 24 hours of oxidation in food-grade plastic drums, allowing initial flavor development.
• Pulping – The cherries are pulped dry, preserving delicate aromatics.
• Oxidation After Pulping – A second 24-hour oxidation period ensures mucilage removal before washing.
• Thermal Shock Washing – The coffee is washed at 45°C to enhance enzymatic activity, followed by a rapid cooling wash at 5°C to lock in flavor and stabilize fermentation.
• Yeast-Inoculated Fermentation – The coffee ferments for 62 hours below 25°C with carefully selected yeast strains, enhancing its complexity and structure.
• Final Cold Wash – A final wash at 5°C seals the fermentation process, preserving clarity and balance.
• Slow, Controlled Drying – The coffee is dried over 76 hours at 40°C, ensuring even moisture removal and flavor development.
• Stabilization – After drying, the coffee rests in GrainPro bags, allowing the flavors to mature and settle before export.
