Grown at 1000 meters above sea level, it is a IBC12 variety and has undergone a 72h anaerobic fermentation and natural processing method that adds an extra layer of sweetness and complexity to the taste profile.

    Taste description: A very complex and well-structured cup with molasses, chocolate, goji berries & red apples with a lingering milk chocolate aftertaste.
