Ian Kissick has emerged victorious in the 2023 UK Barista Championship, which is a prestigious competition that brings together the best baristas in the country to showcase their skills in making coffee. The event is organized annually and the winner of this competition will represent UK in the World Barista Championships later this year.
Behind Ian's success is his coaching team, who have worked tirelessly to help him hone his skills and prepare for the competition. They have provided him with guidance, support, and feedback throughout his journey, helping him to improve his technique, master the coffee (roasted by us) and develop his signature drink.

We are proud to have worked closely with Ian and his coaching team in preparation for the UK Barista Championship. We have during the last couple of months discussed, roasted a trillion samples and finally landed with the magnificent natural gesha from Finca Hartmann. A coffee that we and many clients around the world could be the best coffee in our lineup of 2023.
