It’s a gathering of some of the most passionate coffee professionals, roasters, and enthusiasts in the industry, and we can’t wait to be part of it.
But this year, we’re not just bringing our own lineup of outstanding coffees—we’re also bringing some of our favorite people to share the bar with us. Because great coffee is even better when it’s shared.

Lance will be behind the bar, dialing in some of Sey’s best coffees on AeroPress, showcasing the precision and clarity that has made them one of the most respected roasters in the world.
☕ Paul Ross (@specialguestscoffee) – On Saturday, the bar takeover continues with Paul Ross from Special Guests Coffee. Paul is a master of both sourcing and brewing, and he’ll be bringing his unique approach to coffee, sharing some of the incredible lots that make Special Guests stand out. Whether you’re a coffee pro or just someone who loves a great cup, this is a chance to learn from one of the best.
