    We have been working closely with Jhonatan Gasca and now to broaden our relationship, we introduce this astounding oxidized washed Castillo and Colombia variety. This will be a great filter and a super exciting espresso that will work wonderful with any sort of milk.

    Farm: Bella Vista

    Region: Bruselas, Huila

    Altitude: 1,600 MSL

    Area: 6.5 hectares

    Shade: Walnut trees, Cedar, Guayacán


    Tasting Notes

    In the cup you will find florals of rose and fruity notes, caramel, juicy mouthfeel with a black tea finish.

    Finca Bella Vista: A Legacy of Excellence

    For years, Finca Bella Vista has been a cornerstone of exceptional coffee production in this fertile land. The farm stands out by cultivating diverse coffee varieties, leveraging the unique terroir to produce an extraordinary cup profile. The Gasca family, with four generations of coffee-growing expertise, continues to uphold their rich heritage and commitment to quality.


    The Process

    1. Collection and Selmarquesinasdpicking and manual selection of mature grains.

    2. Dry Pulpe and Oxidation: 24-hour oxidation in plastic bags.

    3. Submerged Fermentation: 60-hour fermentation at monitored temperatures between 30-33 degrees Celsius.

    4. Washing: Thorough washing to remove mucilage and impurities.

    5. Drying: Drying in marquesinas for 5 to 12 days, depending on weather conditions, at temperatures not exceeding 33 degrees Celsius.
