We enjoyed every second of our stay in Paris, the coffee scene is truly fantastic and there is an energy and vibe that’s unseen in many other cities. Downtown Paris is truly a boiling, hot cup of coffee filled with interesting, super stylish, fascinating and in the end of the day coffee loving people.
Bonjour Jacob - Coffee, magazines and vinyls
We started our day in the hands of the coffee visionary Hani and his beautiful hospitality project known as Bonjour Jabob. This is truly the perfect combination of vibe, style and amazing coffee made in a simple, delicious and perfect way. We had a bar takeover serving our range of coffees, the place was full and we can’t wait to be back.
To sprinkle some extra gold on our coffee the beautiful Rosa joined us both for coffee and afterwards some dumpling by the canal.
Motors - the engine of Paris coffee scene
Thomas and the crew at Motors has really set the bar on how a coffee bar can be made if you hit all the correct buttons. The place not only have an outstanding range of coffees, the also have speed, style and perfection in every cup. Rarely have we seen so many coffees been made with short lead times, milk steamed to perfection and filter coffees worthy a try champion. Thomas recently won the French Brewers Cup and will represent his country in Jakarta in a few weeks.
Not only did they serve our coffee in a perfect way, so many people from the coffee community showed up to try our coffee and have a chat.
I knew that the Paris coffee scene was exciting but I couldn’t imagine it being this good.
