    제품 세부 정보

Sourced from smallholder farmers in Tablón de Gómez, Nariño, this exceptional coffee embodies the rich complexity of its origin. Nestled in the mountainous landscapes of southern Colombia, this region is known for producing some of the most unique micro-lots in the country. Just two hours from the renowned coffee town of Buesaco, Tablón de Gómez benefits from high altitudes, volcanic soil, and a cool climate—perfect conditions for slow cherry maturation, which enhances the coffee’s sweetness and depth of flavor.

“Volcanic ash creates the perfect foundation for exceptional coffee—packed with minerals, naturally aerated for deep root growth, and rich in nutrients that enhance sweetness, acidity, and complexity in every cup.” - Oskar Garberg CEO of Standout Coffee

A Harmonious Balance of Terroir & Tradition

The coffee is cultivated between 1,800 and 2,100 meters above sea level, where the combination of volcanic ash-rich soil and frequent rainfall fosters optimal growth conditions. The farmers belong to the Terra Association and Cafés Especiales de Nariño Cooperative, two organizations dedicated to quality, sustainability, and fair trade practices. Due to the region’s high humidity and cool temperatures, the drying process is carefully managed, often taking between 20 to 25 days to ensure a stable and consistent cup profile.

Flavor Profile: A Cup Full of Complexity

This Regional Plus selection showcases the best attributes of Nariño’s high-altitude coffee. The slow ripening of the cherries results in a cup that is both sweet and structured, with a refined acidity and lingering finish. Expect notes of:

Caramel – A rich, smooth sweetness that forms the foundation of the cup.

Spices – Subtle warmth that adds depth and complexity.

Orange – A vibrant citrus acidity that brings brightness to your cup.
