We’re releasing just 44 boxes of this rare 100g lot.
A washed Green Tip Gesha—fermented for 48 hours at 1740 masl.
Tasting Notes:
In the aromatics we find chamomile flowers, apricot, and tangerine up front. In the cup flavours like stone fruit sweetness, honey body, and a clean cherry finish.
Fermentation & Process
• Hand-harvested red ripe cherries
• Washed and floated
• 48h cherry fermentation in bags, turned every 12 hours
• Pulped and 48h parchment fermentation, also turned every 12 hours
• Washed and dried on raised beds for a minimum of 10 days
• Rested in climate-controlled storage until export

About the Producer
Finca Eliza is managed by the Colombian-Ecuadorian team at CVM (ChocoVilcaMundo), led by Bernard Uhe. The farm sits in the Andes of southern Ecuador and is home to some of the region’s most promising high-elevation micro-lots.
In 2023, Finca Eliza placed 10th in the Cup of Excellence with a Washed Anaerobic Gesha. Another CVM farm, Finca La Noria, took 1st place with a Washed Gesha.
This release is a direct result of that same commitment to quality and detail.
